EFFECTS was founded by William Hess, a Pennsylvania native that has worked in dozens of different industries. While attending college in Boston, he worked as a Jack-of-all trades in the entertainment industry and worked as a DJ for everything from charity date auctions and weddings to school formals and Boston Harbor cruises. He has also hosted movie nights for many recognizable clients such as Harvard University, the City of Boston, Worcestor Polytech, Boston's Magic 106.7 as well as for countless town and community organizations and schools.
